Northampton are asking fans to suggest a name for the club

What would you guys suggest? I'd go for Midlands RL or Northampton RL as I think some of the nicknames like Warriors can be pretty tacky. |

I am going to propose to the panel "East Mids Eagles".
There was a Northampton Eagles side in the past and it makes sense to try and expand the supporter base out to Bedford, Milton Keynes, Peterborough etc.

As they already have the name Northampton Demons - with an under age side Northampton Knights -
with a Demons badge rlas per websiterl I cannot see why the need for a change.
It could possibly be because the new owner wants to incorporate them into the soccer club.
If so,it looks possibly like their new name will be Northampton Town RL Club.
With the RU club named Northampton Saints it may be advisable to have RL in the name,to establish the separate identity.
As it is just over a mile from Franklin Gardens,the home of the RU Club it may be worth incorporating part of the Sixfields Stadium name into the club title.

Due to the Saints being so close by then I think either:
RLFC Northampton or RLFC Northampton Cobblers.
By putting the RLFC first it will help with marketing.
