Oxford RL's squad was further strengthen with the re-signing of 23 year old centre Jack Briggs.

Briggs who can also play on the wing has previously represented the Oxford Cavaliers and has yet to make his debut for the club. On joining the club once again Jack said "I'm really happy that I have been resigned for the 2014 season, as last year was such a good experience for me. My aim for the coming season is to keep learning more about the game and make my way into the 1st team." Oxford coach Tony Benson said "Jack is a local boy who played for the Cavaliers, He had a back injury that held him back at the start and he lost his spot. But he has trained really well and is in good shape. He has a good chance of breaking through this season and I am looking forward to seeing that happen."
