Ed Miliband can give as many speeches as he wants but will always come across to the electorate at large as a wet lettuce with no credibility. If Labour have designs on power they should drop him asap. It's not too late. Opinion poll after opinion poll show that people don't have confidence in him.

He has had some success in London (a key General Election battleground) but has now destroyed that with his so called mansion tax proposal.

Any new leader preferences?
