Does anyone fancy having a little session on Saturday afternoon so we are nice and prepared for the York game.

....to further that idea on - given this is in York, I'm goin to talk advantage and suggest that any who wants to comes over on the Sat aft, maybe a hours training/run, then a few beers in town? - Id say my flat could fit at least 5 or 6 folk. Any of the team welcome??
