After over 8 years of involvement with the messageboard team , and managing them for the last few seasons , reluctantly I have had to step down as manager. Not an easy decision but a fair one and one that the team can now move on and benefit from. Some people may say good riddance and to those ignorant so and so's they might want to try doing what I did for the last 8 years . Some great results , some good laughs and a lot of good mates. Best memories finishing 2nd in the league last season and winning the Grand Final , and watching the team play in one of the last ever games at Hilton Park .

A combination of my Dad passing away late last year , new job with extra hours and my own business to run has meant that I haven't had the well needed time to organise things like a manager should . So felt it only fair to let the guys who have been organising things take the helm of the Leythers MB ship .

Step forward Simon Reynolds , Paul Wilcock and Big Al , these guys deserve all the credit for the last 2 wins and keeping the team together during the off season. All the players in the team are a credit to the Leythers MB and I wish them well with the rest of the season and hope to see a few games and support them.

Would like to wish Chris , Pete , Coach and Leon all the best with the new TML Season and hope all goes well this year.

sorry to hear your departure. In the only season I have had to deal with you I found you polite, friendly and efficient. You are a credit to your club and yourself.

Shame your leaving the Leythers Gaz, your a top guy who worked tirelessly to get to the team where it is now. A true gent who has a fantastic passion for the game.

Cheers guys , has been a pleasure working with other organisers and coaches over the years , rivalry aside I think you have a really good mix of people involved in the TML and long may it's success continue.

Will hope to make it to a few games and that all important Grand Final day , last years was a credit to everyone involved .

I remember when we first got involved & there were just two teams prior to that. You've helped thid to come along way. Thanks for helping us along (gosh 7-8 years ago)

I still have some bad memories of us bumping into each other in the early games ha ha.
