The draw for the third and fourth rounds of the Betfred Challenge Cup 2022 threw up a myriad of intriguing fixtures as the championship sides were thrown into the mix for the fourth-round fixtures.
Both rounds will take place in February, the third on the weekend of the 12th and 13th and the fourth round over the weekend of the 26th to 28th of February. At least three games from each round will be televised, one on BBC live stream, one on The Sportsman, and one on OurLeague.
In round three Castleford Lock Lane were rewarded for their stunning victory over Oldham with a home game against the Rochdale Hornets and the Royal Navy´s defeat of The Army set up a game against amateurs York Acorn.
The fourth round threw up several all Championship fixtures with some mouth-watering prospects including London Broncos v. Bradford Bulls and York City Knights v. Newcastle Thunder.
