I'll say the same thing I've been saying for the past 6-7 weeks.

Unfortunately, I think we are going to lose.

I think we showed enough on Saturday in second gear. Comparing the sides man for man, we have the better players, hopefully we have the better team as well.

Keep a tight grip on Tomkins and quell the Paleaaesina 10 minutes barge-fest and we should go OK. Maybe Smith needs to use Morley and Carvelle differently ie not from the start to snuff out the pies interchange - can Cooper and Rauhihi contain Fielden and Paleaaesina ?? Although I am sure that the pies are having the same thoughts about the start of the game

Both semi finals are too close to call IMO you cant pick the 2 finalist.

Man for Man I think we have the better players, but wigan are in a run of form and Nobby has history of preparing a team greater than the sum of its parts, and preparing a team to peak at just the right moment.

I believe that from a Wire point of view it all comes down to how dominant (or otherwise) our second string props can be after Mozz and Carvell leave the battlefield. If it comes down to a tit for tat 'tryfest' then Richards kicking may well tip the balance wigans way.

I don't want to admit to what my head says, but my heart has us winning a tense game by six points or less.

For once I'm agreeing with a Wiganer. It really is too close to call but I can see Wigan nicking it at the death. As for the other semi, I really hope Hudds give it to Saints if we don't win on Saturday.
