We only have ourselves to blame for losing it all last night. We didn't put anywhere near enough pressure on the Fev half backs Finn & Cain. We didn't show any urgency to pressure their kicking game and sadly that dogger decision from the ref to not rule the knock on in the dieing seconds was the final nail in the coffin. On a brighter note, to get back to 34-24 and within seconds of the BP was a superb effort from the boys when you consider that the only decent possession that we had in the 2nd half resulted in those 2 tries.

I'd have been gutted if that "knock on" had been given against us. Didn't go forward for me. At worst, it went straight down. Maybe look to earlier in the game if you're looking for points where the game was lost ?

It's all about rewarding teams for doing what you want them to do. Not symmetry.

Incidentally, I never hear anyone moan that there are sometimes three points awarded in soccer games, sometimes two. We RL fans just look too hard at things sometimes.

How don't Fev deserve to be League Winners? They throw away points against York, Swinton & Doncaster, yet still finish top because they have the best record against the top clubs:- Fax, home & away, Leigh, home & away, Batley, home & away, Eagles, home, narrow defeat away. . .Eagles do well against Fev, but seem to have problems facing Fax!

Well in the end Featherstone would have won the league under both the bonus points system and the Super league 2pts for win so Fev deserve to win be honest we have got greater problems at the moment like will we have a club to support next season !!! re Fax we have not done too bad against them this season we won by double points in the home Championship game and Challenge Cup we lost the away game on the first day of the season however all our friendlies were cancelled due to bad weather and were lacking fitness and we lost on Friday but it was close for the majority of the game
