Well, that stings. Three mistakes were pounced upon by Leigh and ultimately were the difference. We'll learn from the mistakes and go again. Immensely proud of all 17.

Think that match report is pretty accurate but he should have mentioned Eagles scored twelve points during McNally's sinbinning.
A very cold day with drizzle and a swirling wind didn't help either side but have to say Eagles looked a good side to me.

I like most of the Eagles fans on here and was very impressed with your team today. A class above every other side we have faced since the Bradford match. But having said that I am loving the thought of Angelic Cynic sat at home seething about losing to the Leigh side he so clearly despises.

Wasn't McNally on the field for the second try? He was there when you restarted. Still, a fair point.
Usually not our weather but the signings of Tonks and Thorpe has injected some steel into our ranks, and we did well to go toe-to-toe with your forwards. |
