Drat! My fault for my complacency.I must credit you with never failing to miss an opportunity.
Hopefully the Eagles will be the last team to win at Odsal,by the end of the game on Sunday.
I wouldn't object to seeing a couple of bombs coming down, with snow on,to test their back 3
All prepared now.Ear plugs to prevent hearing the sound of Foooorrrwaaaaaarrrddddd every time we pass, and shower proof (but inefficient) coat
to wear.
I just know I'm going to enjoy it.

| Blimey that was a surprise today I really thought you would get close and possibly beat Bradford today, shows how bad we were last week then!

As did we! No excuses but...... Briggs and Misi not fit to take the field, Don off after 5mins never to return, walker a lame duck from frairly early - Q off 10mins from end and a few more limping around. I was thinking half way through we should learn out to hold on to shirts so it looks like holding down and ensuring that refs award penalties for ripping when we drop the ball - but I don't really want to watch that sort of rugby. Apart from that we weren't at the races today!

| Poor, poor, poor. Thought we'd give them a game today but evidently not. Dom going off in the early stages didn't help and maybe if he was on, we'd have got some points from one of those two GLDO's. But it's an 'if' and only that.
John Whaling made a great point on Twitter about if we have the same set of results in the final half of the season we'll be in the middle eights. True, but yet another 'if' and teams will be wanting revenge.
Time to get back on track next Friday.

| Kudos to Bradford, though. Just too good for us today and their defence was way more solid than what it was against Doncaster.

I agree with the first part of your post - the 2nd,highlighted part in bold seems the thoughts of the 'Fax supporters.I disagree because I thought your coach had got the side just a shade away from being very good (in a short space of time.)
As you seem to take a result in isolation as something of significance,I should point out that you had a larger score difference in your win over Doncaster today, than Bradford did last week.
The results later in the year will have significance for me.
The game at your place,in July, will cause me problems for attendance, which made the lack of acknowledgement by the Eagles players for the hardy band of Eagles followers at the end of the game just the cherry on the top of the cake as far as a disappointing day is concerned.
They really had little to cheer about.
As the disappointment abates I recall the experts stating that a coach learns more from a defeat than a victory and a good side doesn't become a bad side overnight.
Good wake up call and a test of bouncebackability with a local derby.
Hurry up Friday...
