| Can see this one going either way. Either you guys get on top early and grind away a close fought victory. Or Fax go all guns blazing for their first win of the season and roll you over. Whatever the result it will be an interesting and exciting game!

| Qoute from Fax forum.............
Why is it that so many players come to Halifax and become rubbish? For example, Sheffield were mad as hell when they lost Worrincy and then Barlow to us. Who amongst them would have them back now? I was praying that Barlow would get sent off today as we would have been more effective without him and conceded fewer penalties. He is just a thug and walks into every tackle.
Has he been found out ?

| Thought we were absolutely awesome, 1-17. Barlow never in the game, only good for giving away penalties, I'm actually glad we got rid now, absolute idiot. Worrincy was also anonymous bar a walk-in, Holroyd was ok to say it was his 73rd birthday.
Thought Henderson was brilliant again, the control he gives us around the ruck is a real asset, and his pace scooting from dummy half is unplayable at times. Halfbacks were fantastic, Woody's best game this season and Simon Brown's kicking game just gets better and better. Forwards all put a big shift in, particularly Alex Rowe, and Eddie Battye is only going to improve with time, glad to see him getting a regular shirt, almost makes it worthwhile losing Liam Higgins.
Atmosphere was the best it's been at home for aaaaaaages, but what in the name of God was that mascot?!

I wouldn't have either of them back purely on principle, however I think we have much better forwards than Sam Barlow now, and after seeing how ineffective Worrincy was today...I'd tend to agree with them!!

| Also, I'm completely unsure what is a realistic target for us now, after the NRC games I was thinking a top six place would be an achievement and we may end up finishing closer to the bottom than the top, now I'm thinking we could even push for top two!

| Not going to say we will finish top but i will stick my neck out and say i think we'll be in the grand final Injuries,Dual reges being available i think this seasons is the best chance of any,Kyle Wood was awesome,Him and Brown are getting an understanding and improving together either game,All the backs looked good,Eddie Battye when one door shuts another opens,Regulary coming off the bench and 1st team game time will only improve him,Nice to see a youngster given the opportunity,Joe Hirst the most improved player in the squad was great but dont know what he was doing for that try in the 1st half when he should have just carried on running Hendo is quality as always,Really enjoyed it,Need more fans and super league could become a reality in 2015,We have the team and the set-up,just need them coming through the gate.

| I posted on the Fax Forum in response to us turning things around after beating Toulouse.
I said it would be our Big Pack & poor Goal-line defence against their Lightweight Pack but quick open footy.
For the 1st time this season - our Goal-line defence was excellent
Our Big Pack put a damn good shift in without Big Jack & Liam - what a great impact off the bench -
Alex R in attack & Eddie in defence - brill!
AND we played quick open footy where it counted - in their Red Zone.
If I'm being hyper-critical; last week we had a 40 mins Eagles, this week we had a 60 mins Eagles - just switched off a bit in the 2nd half, TBF they gave it a go & Grandad played pretty well for them.
Going out of the NRC in the group stage could be quite a blessing - you never know we might get Misi here at last - mind you where would he fit in?

| In the style of Harry Hill:
Ive seen so many things,
Since ive been watching this club,
From hangovers, to a man in a trilby hat.
Anything is possible, or so they say,
But.........................................
I certianly didnt expect to see that.

Agree with you on this E.S.O (also good page in the programme! ) we are in good form at the minute and it's just a shame we have such a long break now till our next game and our next home game too as we have really gain momentum since the York game.
Yesterday I thought fax were poor with a lot of dropped ball after the monsoon but it was a great win and hopefully we can push on from here!!!
QLT and Finnigan did really well under the high kicks and pressure from fax and were both good in their passing attack too.
Wood and Brown both had a good game too with Wood being on top form, hopefully after having a few games together now they are finally starting to click which is good to see.
Defence has improved but I thought we fell asleep for maybe 20 minutes in the 2nd half, maybe due to fatigue and let some soft tries in which got me a bit nervous but I calmed down after that drop goal!
I also though Rowe had a big game again and his break down the middle to send in Kyle Wood was brilliant and I went a little bit mental when he scored to be honest! Great win

| Thought you played Worrincy out of the game brilliantly. In the playoffs last season you tried to expose him with kick after kick but he came up trumps and scored that full length effort but this time you simply played him out of the game! Excellent tactics, and Barlow was just terrible - far too hot headed and just no composure. Rowe was brilliant for you, amongst others, and has been since he's returned to you guys, Si Brown has the kicking game and passing of SL standard just needs to bulk up a bit! But you got a very good squad and very entertaining to watch!
