| Carried on from where they left off vs Halifax - another great TEAM performance.
I thought that the game was played at a fair pace and aggression by both sides.
In my opinion Eagles deserved the win but for the first 25 mins nothing between the sides.
Wouldn't mind the number 10 Hirst if Rams decide they don't want him.

| Good workmanlike performance,If im honest think we could still have gone up a couple of gears, the refereeing was interesting to say the least Thought Kyle Wood was fantastic,The two dual regs from bradford really look the part,Menzie The atmosphere was brilliant, some new and inavative chants Lets keep it going and the momentum up the hill to Batley,With the busy easter programme for super league clubs and the decline of bradford hopfully none of our dual regs will be called back,Henderson for me has been the best player so far,It worries me if he got injured that we would totally lose our way,Have we anybody who could fill the spot if required?

| Great win, very workmanlike against dogged opposition. Great game to watch in great weather. First half i thought we played ok, kept the errors and penalties low but Dewsbury defended really well. Second half we hit the front in fine style and the attacking play was frighteningly fast at times. Special mentions to Kyle Wood, Simon Brown, Menzie and Hendo.
Lets be honest, Ronnie had a shocker, for both sides. He missed numerous things for and against us. Ive never seen so many forward passes awarded in one game since the days of Colin Morris.
Great vocals by the crowd, with which i was joining in. Weve been trying to get Depeche Mode's classic going for ages and it was awesome. Dont know if we reached the heights of the Challenge Cup epic in 2007, but it must have been close.
EB - I believe Kyle Wood played at hooker when he was at Batley last year. He could fill in.

| Excellent performance, I was particularly impressed with our defence which was solid throughout. Thought we were pretty sold 1-17 so won't bother singling players out! Atmosphere was awesome, more of the same at Batley next Monday. I genuinely think we can make a push for top two...at the moment

| Top two is rather optimistic. Weve still to play Featherstone (champions), Leigh (top) and Barrow (still dangerous). If we can match it with these bots then we know were in with a shout. At the moment we have 12 points. About 25 is the "safe score", let's just get there first.

| Brill! Grand Day Out! Looked on Dews site on Total RL. They thought we weren't brill, just comparatively efficient in attack but solid in defence. After losing 68-6 at Leigh to being called solid in defence is quite an improvement.
Yes good display from 1-17. Special mention from me for the Back-Rowers Brigade; Alex S, Pete, Hirsty, Cording & Dane got through some immense work which tends to go unnoticed.
Great to see Big Jack back.
Keep the Depeche Mode in - Sound Stuff
Kept thinking during the match that we should be putting these to the sword and that we still had plenty left in the tank & a few gears available. The lads didn't need to be brill, just stick to the game plan - and that's a satisfying thought to sleep on.
Agree with Dr B - top 2 might be stretching it a bit. It's an old cliche - 1 game at a time. Let's hope the Rams & Dogs knock lumps out of each other on Thursday. Roll on Easter Monday!

| ESO is right that the Eagles clap clap clap and Eeeegullsss are old hat now.
The Depeche Mode song is not original but to be honest apart from the likes of You'll Never Walk Alone many clubs both football and Rugby will lay claim to starting a particular chant.
Even like me if you don't know the words you can catch the chorus and try clapping to the beat just to generate some noise.
Does anyone know how to contact Gary Sinclair at the Lane - can we ask him to ditch Tom Hark in favour of I just can't get enough for try scores?
The support and atmosphere at Dewsbury was very good - not bad for a taxi full
I do want to raise a slight complaint about the treatment of the official, Are you Blunkett in Disguise.......how long has this particular referee had a beard However if I find out that Rocket locked his dog in his car without a window open on Sunday I'll be on to the RSPCA ASAP.
A couple of older Dewsbury fans spoke to me on the way out and thought we played very well, so what if home fans don't think we were special. All the 17 hit the standard and that's what team sports are about.

| Those are the main reasons we picked that song, its different, a catchy classic that everyone remembers and the lyrics are simple.
Tom Hark at the lane is ok but the novelty of that has worn out as about 91 of the 92 football league teams now use it when scoring.

| Couldn't make the game due to work (still not been to away game in Yorkshire..bad I know) but by all accounts sounded like a good game and our defence was on top.
Gutted I wasn't there as it sounds like the atmosphere was brilliant, Still I won £40 on the work sweepstakes for Stoke getting to the F.A cup final and will win £100 if they win Man Ctiy! Decided to put my own double on them winning and Eagles winning on SkyBet & won £53 too, Happy Days!

| Thought it was gunna b close after the first half, we looked pretty equal, then we just stormed em, even tho the penalty count was in their favour, we held good. Wood, Finnegan and Maccy D played brilliant altho they all played well and Ryan Hepworth looks so much stronger. It was a great atmosphere and the lads were beamng when they came over after the game (particually liked Vinnie's reaction) I think it's optimistic to put us at the top by the end, Leigh I don't think, won't lose a game this season. Still u never know

| He's ok as a loose forward. Strong runner and not afraid to put his head in where it hurts. He ain't a halfback though and never will be, to be fair he probably already knows that!
