I think we can win, just not sure we will. We could've easily beaten Halifax twice this season and failed to get over the line both times, I just have the feeling it's in the players' heads a bit. Hope I'm wrong.

The club are running a coach so hopefully we can take a half decent following. Also, I urge everyone to conserve all their energy to get behind our lads and not focus on certain ex players who now ply their trade at Halifax. It's ran its race.

Congratulations. For once its nice to not blame the officials for loosing a game , you out played us in every single department and fully deserving of the final result. Shame its only a short turnaround until the Leigh game. Good luck on Thursday and make it an all Yorkshire final.

We were awesome today. The best aspect of the win for me was the defence, particularly in the second quarter. Fax dominated territory for 15 mins or so before we got the last try just before half time, and we kept them out, that's what won us the game.

I'm not worried about the short turnaround, we did it last year and made the final. Let's hope we can do it again. See you at the LSV Charlie and co.

Pffft ! Everybody told us the short turnaround would lose us the game last year but it didn't.

I say drive straight over to Leigh and play them at 7.30. Then off to Warrington and play Fev Monday morning, 9 am.

Anyone else notice they sneaked a 14th man on at one point ?

To be fair, Fax had a few players out injured but that's just how it is sometimes.

Was never in doubt from 10 mins onwards. We absolutely thrashed them. One of the best performances i've ever seen from an eagles team, we seem to be hitting the straps at the right time...is Leigh's worst nightmare about to return??

What a win,Never thought we'd beat Fax by such a big margin,Really hope we get to the final,would love to see Menzie there who missed out last year,Hope he doesnt do owt daft at Leigh and gets the chance as i think he'll have a stormer,Been quality for the Eagles and deserves it,Ive been to four play-off finals with my football team and everytime i always say it must be our turn to win and we never do,Leigh will be saying the same thing about us,somtimes it never happens and it becomes a poison chalice and gets in the mind,That's why i expect us to be in the final and beat Leigh and hopfully and i think it will be a lot closer than last year.

You only need to play well in September.
