I take it you watched the game with your eyes closed and ear plugs in then, as they were seen and heard on sky!

Actually there were half a dozen sat near me to the left in the East stand, giving Worrincey & Barlow a load of filthy abuse, shameful really, but thankfully it worked. I was going to buy them all a pint as a thank you, but they were sharpish to exit.....

Personally, if someone from Halifax told me the sky was blue, I'd go out and check, expressing some surprise if it was.

Look,i was at the game last night and i cant say there was exactly loads of fax fans either.

This shouldnt be about "oh, we had more fans than you" Grow up.

We may not be the biggest club or have the biggest fanbase, but we are just as passionate if not more so about our club as you are about yours. Why shoud the lack of fans make us any less of a club? yes we would like more fans, the players would like more fans, and we could do with the money, but the fact remains, we love our club.

Why do you feel the need to goad us, look down on us, and disrespect us, just cos we dont have loads of fans?

Thats not what rugby league is about, you respect other teams, and their fans. not look down on them and think your superior to them.

Just support your team to the best of your ability. No matter what i think of the result, or the players you played and their actions Good luck for the final.

there is no way they were only the amount the announced there! 1440 i think or something like that they said.someone obviously cant count...

One or two things.

1. I have watched the game back on Sky and Bill Arthur says, at the start of the game, that Halifax and Sheffield have come to an agreement over the playing of Sam Barlow???

2. IF Sams contract says he cannot play against Sheffield in 2010 and then Mark Aston gives him the okay to play against Sheffield in the nines competition, then a prescedent has been set and the contract already broken, by mutal agreement.

Dont shoot me down on these I, like everyone else on both boards have absolutely NO knowledge of the situation other than what we have read and heard, so it is all conjecture and only time will tell if there is anything to be done.

i agree i did hear this myself,just watchng the game back now, it did make me raise my eyebrows a little but as you said, time will tell.

Also can I just add that we most certainly did NOT come to an agreement to let Sam play, people on here will verify that I have a source within the club, I'm not willing to disclose who or how but we didn't agree to anything, we made it perfectly clear that in our opinion he should honour the stipulation in his contract.

2010 is 2010. this is 2010!! its not rocket science! I very much hope fax get what they deserve for fielding an ineligable player but unfortunately i dont think they will.

i think we all just need to rise above it now and prepare for next season. what will be will be etc. time will tell weather anything will come of this.

Ineligable according to who? the Governing body of our sport?
