Far too expensive IMO,got a nice base off season ticket holders now,what we need is new fans coming and trying the sport,not going to get many by charging that amount,it will also effect away supporters coming aswell as the facility isn't state off the art,I think £10 would encourage new fans to come and would be decent value,we might lose money which would be minimal but over a longer period off time hopfully it will attract new supporters,it's ok putting offers on but a low consistent adult price and putting minimal offers on would be a better bet,it shows that the turn up gate is low by the 1st match off season,sold more season tickets than ever but still below 1k who's to say with these prices and people getting into the game that season tickets next season will grow even more,treading water regards new supporters with the adult price.

| If you charge £10 a match, what will you sell your season tickets for ? 
Early days yet but, after the hype about record numbers of season tickets being sold, I thought we might do better with gates than we have done.
Tell you what I think's a bad idea, though - tweeting that entry's from £3. It's true - but it's misleading. If I were somebody coming for the first time, I'd be more than a little peeved to turn up at the turnstiles and be asked to pay full adult price. |

I agree i dont have a season ticket as i will probably miss 3 or 4 games throughout the season I resent paying £16 when we are playing the lower teams in the division and the bookies have us down to win by 24-30 points I gave the Barrow game a miss because i thought it was an easy win !!!
Remember this is Part Time rugby league in an old stadium with no seating whilst across the road we have Full Time football in a nice stadium only £9 extra
or £7 extra if you are a member
Why Not have Category A and B games like most Football teams
Category A - 6 Games Fev Leigh Halifax Doncaster Dewsbury and Bately £16 (£14 in Advance)
Category B - 7 Games Rest of the league £14 (£12 in Advance)
Challenge Cup Games £10
Season Tickets would save £64 on match day price and £38 on advance tickets
OR why not introduce a 6 Pack Season Ticket entry to any 6 games for £70

TBH I know A few that won't go or won't try it for the first time because of the price.
From my own experience of trying to get people to games this is the main issue stopping them.
I have a club 1984 season ticket and it's fantastic value and if I didn't I would have no issue paying £16 at all but that's just me.
I do think to encourage new fans to come they should try an idea like Duggs but maybe put category B games down to £12 (£10 in advance)

Definitely think the Cat A/B scenario is something the club should look in to. £16 is steep to be honest, other clubs in the division charge more but to be fair they have seating outdoors as well.

Advance Adult Tickets - £14
Advance Concession Tickets - £11
Advance Under 16's and Students - £5 (same as match day prices)
Tickets can be purchased by calling the Eagles during office hours on 0114 261 0326 or visiting our offices at the Forsyth Enterprise Centre.
Advance tickets purchased directly from Eagles can be collected on Match Day from 12pm at our Match Day Ticket Office.
Tickets can also be purchased through SIV Tickets online at sivtickets.com/event/sheffieldeagles or at any SIV Ticket outlets which includes Meadowhall, Sheffield City Hall and the Motorpoint Arena.
Please note there is a 10% booking charge when booking through SIV Tickets. Tickets purchased from SIV Tickets will be posted directly to the customer or will be available for collection at the chosen match depending on time of purchase.
