When Plan A isn't working, try Plan B, always assuming that there is a Plan A in the 1st place. Batley were up for it, Eagles were going through the motions, with the occasional glimpses of what they could and should be doing. They seem to manage it OK away from home but seem to freeze at Owlerton. I am baffled by it.

Could well suit the Eagles as they gather momentum going into the play-offs.

In some ways I hope it is not true as would not like to see any team to go down for rule infingements but rules are rules, and should be followed; I am also not a big fan of the dual reg system. Eitherway if true should benefit other teams more than us - i still believe if we beat Rochdale twice plus Swinton as a minimum we should stay up and if we dont - we deserve to go down.

The positive side is that the sooner DR is discredited, the sooner we'll be rid of it.
