I'm sure it must have had some effect.
I believe that they had a 0700 start on Sunday and a coach drive down to Girona which would have been 2 - 3 hours before the flight back to Doncaster.
Probably a good job that they weren't on the same flight as us which was delayed by approx 8 hours.
It was the IFF transponder things that weren't working, always better if they are as it saves you from being shot down by an RAF Tornado
