His experiement of only playing local lads was always going to backfire.
Lets hope Management find an experienced coach willing to take on the toughest coaching gig in the league.
I would be looking for Francis Maloney (ex Leeds, Drewsbury 5/icon_cool.gif or another experienced player that either has just retired or is looking for a Captain- Coach role which would provide more experience for the younger players in the team.
At this stage of the year, there just really isnt the quality of coaches out there.

Callum and rugby league are meant for each other. Let's hope they can both find a platform for a happy future together.

Callum is best coach skolars ever had. Best results ever. Best player performances. Best player selections. Wow we should keep him.
