I personally think they deserve to be in Superleague just as much as my team or any other team. I'm firmly pro-Celtic and hope they survive this mess and go on to thrive and prosper, financially and in terms of their impact on Wales. I hope the fans who stick by their club, inspite of bitter childishness like you have spouted, rediscover the joy of supporting their club next season and see some real success both on and off the pitch with the next Superleague licence firmly secured in 2011 or whenever it is.

And I hope Barrow is the new club to join us in Superleague next time around.

Yes but your constant criticism of their club is not really supporting their fans is it? how is any of this their fault. So much for the rugby league family. How would you feel if it was your club in this situation?

why is everybody sucking up to celts fans so much? its not as if any of them bother travelling to away games is it, hence other clubs lose out.

they are a championship 2 club at best overall and dont dare saying they were one of the best in the championship last season they wouldve struggled without illegal aussys playing for them

I am in Saintsfans camp here. The Flatcappers have come from under the floorboards to push for their own clubs inclusion in SL - nothing more. Some of their selfish comments above show why this great game has expanded so slowly. Parochial? Not even the half of it.

I just think its odd that the WELSH based Borders agency (RU through & through of course) have timed these events to detract from the blatent cheating from Harlequins in the `Bloodgate` affair.

There were signs of support for RL in S Wales and maybe - just maybe - the workings of the Borders Agency are pro RU down there and absolutely terrified that RL may become a major force.

1. Our Aussies MAY have been illegal, but only because the Borders agency RETROSPECTIVELY changed a law and punished us for it. To borrow from another analogy on here, that's like the government banning McDonalds today and punishing those who sold them last year. YOU would be out of a job and on your way to jail.
Effectively these "illegal" players are only "illegal" because of a number of stupid administrative errors.

2. We BEAT you in the league. Winge and whine and now gloat and be smug all you like. WE BEAT YOU in the league.

Our management are certainly 3rd division. Our team are probably 1.5 division, but still on ther field WE ARE BETTER THAN HALIFAX
