i hope he does sign for crusaders but with money other union clubs might offer i can`t see him coming and when a player is in papers talking about a league switch it will make welsh union stand up and think do they really want to push him to league over a golf buggy they hate losing any one to league. its alright beating leeds one off but it wont happen regular they will not have a successfull future unless they have welsh players why cant noble just chuck in 3 or 4 young welsh lads like elliot kear, mills, white etc if it was down to noble sam tompkins wouldnt have played proper last season it was only that tim smith which was complete sh*t got injured. tompkins went on to play for england well against the aussies. Wales so to expect capacity crowds immediately is ludicrous, If the cru carry on playing well then they will grow more attractive to locals who have been brought up watching football and union

well said mate is obvious that noble sharp and harris are working there asses off with the crusader especially after big wins against leeds, hull and bradford 3 times, but no there just a team of old aussies

ive seen comments like this on a few crusaders forums, they are a brand new side playing a brand new sport (in wrexham) and if you think about it the club has only existed for a few years and theey have managed to get a decent fanbase in a short time, once the cru have been in wrexham for a few years they will get a proper fanbase with regular fans like wigan or warrington but probably not as many, all you need is time

lets be honest they are in superleague to develop wales rl and up to no they only have 2 regular players that are proper welsh and one of them is 35. Its no good saying give young lads time some of them are 21 now if there not ready now they never will be. Ive played rugby league at a very high level so dont make out i dont no what im talking about its no wonder the game does`nt move forward proper because everything we do always needs time according to certain people i.e noble instead of just getting it done.
