rawzy, my info may be out of date, but I recall BOTH the Evans twins decided to throw in their lot with England.

They represented England at U18, then played for Wales at ... U20 I think, and have, as far as I recall, committed to England internationally at senior level.
did it last year I think.

They played for Wales at U16 level and then for England Academy against Aussie Schoolboys at the end of last season. As far as I know they haven't committed either way at senior level yet.

Even when they do commit, it won't matter too much anyway.

Headhunter's right. Just checked it out. They were at England Academy.
Of course it wasn't Wales U20. What was I thinking? They are, or are about to be 18.
