Every Super League club in SL for the period 2009-11 period is there for the same reason as Crusaders: they submitted a winning licence application.

They had no backers so no team. As for the comment on the Blackpool board about the lost for the town. They havent played in Blackpool for a few seasons now.

Once again you show how stupid you are. A match played at a location over 150 miles away from your own home will not show what your core support is. It shows how many people are willing to travel a long distance. It is further than most away fixtures and there are not many teams out there that take over 1000 to an away match of that distance. I ask again, how many do you think you would muster if you played a "home" match somewhere remote and distant like that?

Yep that's right, the club clearly didn't perform as expected and yet something happened at the end of the season and they remained in the same League as a result of an RFL decision, sound familiar? |

Our team didn't perform as well as expected and we were relegated
So not similar at all , if we had moved to Luton and changed 90 % of our staff , then maybe a bit closer
So how did you avoid relegation ? |
