Iolo, not looking for a fight with any more Wrexham Crusaders fans but a little correction to your opinion of Quins supporters.

Last year when Celtic Crusaders got into SL, Quins fans were amongst the most welcoming. They saw it as us down South against all the Northerners. When we played against each other, their fans were singularly good humoured, even when some Union donkey on a freebie upstairs spat on some of them.

From what I've read, the team's defection oop North has not affected the way most Quins fans think of Crusaders RL.

Quins have always been supporting of Crusaders on the whole.

Those that have been around before this season have seen that so I wouldn't take the opinion of one poster too literally.

I still would like a decent rivalry though and hope we finish above them both in league standing and crowd wise.

It made some sense when you were based in the South, but now probably we are back to having the Dragons as our rivals, however the 3 teams should all be looking at each other to foster some kind of "derby" mentality which is something we have sadly lacked since inception.

When Widnes come up there may be something there for the Crusaders
