Gelling linked again today after reports he won't be joining Widnes

Widnes CEO should be fuming. Contract was agreed for both divisions. Not great for Widnes trying to plan either. Lost a lot of time they could have been finding other players and know what budget they have available. Could all be made up of course.

Gelling was on social media last night and says it's a work permit thing. In short, he won't be playing in Europe next season.

According to Alex Chan, the football coach of the club, the Catalans are getting closer to the number of recruits abroad.
