This is the same design of jersey that Widnes had last season and Newcastle Falcons have used in the past and it was also worn by the England Rugby Union team a few years ago.

Which is what Nike do. It's what pretty well every company do, come to think of it, regardless of sport. There's one design and the colours differentiate between clubs. Either way, it ain't something that's going to keep me awake at night. Club needs kit to play in. Company supplies kit. Job done. As non-issues go, this is the biggest (or should that be smallest? I dunno. Whatever).
As long as they don't use the ISC sizing guide, everyone's happy.
