I'd leave Dureau and Farrar together in the halves.
It makes sense that Dureau should not have to work with a new partner every week, and Farrar is the guy he knows best in the side, so they should be able to get a partnership going quicker than he will with anyone else.
I don't remember Farrar playing 5/8 before, but he is a very versatile player who has been just about everywhere else in the backline over the years, so no reason he couldn't take to it quickly.

Just did a search - Farrar played 3 games at 5/8 for the Cowboys in 2007.

But you'll see Sa will play 5/8 and cut off the attack
