Keep it friendly chaps. Local derbies generate a lot of passion i know, but let's be grown up about it. Game's done and the result won't change.

I think it'd be nice to see some sportsmanship, the langworthy lads seem to have it. And to say that nwc3 is ty is downright disrespectful in my book, take a close look at that sh11ty league table and have a look at it in comparison to others...I'm not sayin it has the greatest rugby sides in the world but it has some hard working honest sides in there that are travellin a long way week in and week out to get to the likes of Ulverston, Hindpool and Heysham, not to mention Higginshaw.......I think Irlam are a good side and will be challenging again next year however the divisions pan out, don't spoil yourselves eh with a few heat of the moment comments.

Seconded - but i wouldn't expect to see anything else from the man from Spring View.

cowies id give credit where its due, like i said langworthy played well but the referee was really poor against us.
id give langworthy more credit if they would have played on the saturday but they give the points away to stay fresh for us.
Langworthy have come a long way since we played them 2 years ago but to give the game away like that on saturday was pathetic !!!!

We didn't give the game away on purpose last saturday to stay fresh for irlam, we honestly didn't have enough players to play due to work committments, injuries etc.etc.

boohoo...we won, you lost...deal with it

we are going in division 2 you aint lol

but like i said fair play to your team they performed well !

anyway back to this saturday's fixtures:-

Haresfinch v Higginshaw - Finch by 12
Irlam Hornets v Burtonwood Bridge - Hornets by 20
Leyland Warriors v Hindpool - Warriors by 4

What does everyone else reckon?

Haresfinch by 4 (Higginshaw arent as bad as the league suggests)
Irlam by a lot
Leyland by 4 (but very low scoring game)
