1 of the best hindley performances for a while but its clear waterhead were a shaddow of the team the was last year on that performance.

Them Fijians on sat aint the ones we had last year they are not even in the UK at the min they were John masi and T (netani Suka) the later is awsome ask any Hindley or Bury player, he is missed at the club but hey never mind, may be back in time for xmas!!!??? As for your comment about whos up for the league title...Hindley all the way (this is the 3rd year we have been chasing Hindley) they are a top side, think Saddleworth and Mayfield will be up there too!!!!! Dont know whats going on at Waterhead?? Like Big.Bill.e says they had a good side last year, tis mad how teams can change from 1 seasson to the next!!! saying that we had a sh111te time at start of the season!!!

New Springs are a fine example of team personel changing, they finished close second last season and only lost out being champions on the last day of the season. After the season, they folded and are really struggling for numbers after re-forming 2 weeks before the season started. I think they will be lucky to finish in the top half of the table this season.

Players left to other teams in the area when they folded and haven't been able to return.

how are new springs looking for a squad for saturday, herd wigan riversiders have a tour match in edinburgh, will hindley have a game?

The Riversiders tour match was cancelled a few weeks ago, but that doesnt mean Springs are certain to raise a team. We'll know more after training later.

Although its the Riversiders presentation evening on Friday so there may be a few sore heads!!!

It was a very dour game to watch. Waterhead had a couple of decent players but if thats the squad they will be using for the rest of the year they will struggle
