fantastic effort from the hindpool boys , came to do a job and they did . thought they did the damage in the first 20 mins , and defended superb all game, mabye we could of piped it at the end with a couple of breaks we didn't finnished off but all in all we probably didn't deserve it.

Cheers Higgy. Still got 5 or 6 missing who should be back in the next couple of weeks. Had to get a couple of lads to play their 1st game in 3 years and they did well and will probably continue to play.

Heysham 22-12 Hindpool

Poor 1st half from us, got drawn into Heyshams game and tried to meet themup the middle. Very even 2nd half which we shaded 12-10. Referee was shocking, stopped the game at every opportunity and mostly for no reason. This benefitted Heysham as the big forwards got a rest but not complaining, we didnt deserve to win after a shocking 1st half.
What a difference a week makes. Well done Ulverston and Langworthy
