I championed weeks ago that the st helens, wire and wigan sides should have been given the opportunity to re schedule yesterdays fixtures, just a real poor effort by the RFL and BARLA, 30,000 on day one of MM was very poor in my opinion, especially seeing as a wigan v saints can regularly attract 23, 24, 25000 at the DW. Ammy clubs can have anything upto 100 people involved on a saturday afternoon, stevie wonder can see its good for rugby league that allowing a free week would have got more bums on seats at MM.....we have 7 games left now, another week, or even night match wouldnt have made much difference! a lesson to be learned!

It doesn't have anything to do with me but I am entitled to my opinion which I express freely.

You are entitled to it, the same as everyone does on here, but just don't be a c0ck about something you know absolutely nothing about, you're having a good couple of years, I get that, but things will get tough for you sooner or later, just like it did for you in the final, playing Div 4,3 & 2 Nwc teams and bragging about winning makes you look a little stupid and makes people lose respect, when you're doing it in Div 1 and the Prem then brag about being the best.

At the end of the day we're a pub team, and to have been going 25 years is something I'm proud of.

We went up to Hindpool on saturday with 15 players as players had work committments/manchester derby day/MM and also out of the 15 one lad hasn't played for 5 years, another is a young lad who got mom and our coach put a kit on too. Plus adding to that a couple of lads carrying injuries into the game too and a really poor ref, we basically only played 30 mins of the game with 13, plus we was winning with about 8 mins to go and deserved a draw at the very least (even all the hindpool lads said that afterwards). I was really proud of all the lads that turned and did the langworthy reds name proud. I understand where you are coming from dan1978uk.

that dick from westbank wants ot stick to rat catching ,and keep is nose out of div 3 bis.looks like some good games at weekend,shame the wood and pilks couldn,t get teams.the rl on arl.lets hope they get teams out next sat.

I agree with the dick called windy hills for a change no-one should have played but fact is they did and you have to get on with it.
And Dan if your saying things will get tougher we expect it to but remember who we have beat this year. We were the first to beat clock face who were unbeaten in there league at the time and still haven't lost a home in over 2 years. We are the only team to win up there, and then we beat blackbrook by 8 at there place and I think they will finish 2nd in the prem, then we were 16-0 in the final and with a bit more experience we could of won it, but we didnt. All am saying is other clubs did so you should of but you didn't.

the thing about you ratcatcher is no one likes braggers,so you are a good team but you don,t go round telling everyone.i,ve got a lot of respect for bankquay they played us in pre season ,good big hard set of lads hammered you in final but you don,t hear them shouting there gobs off.so there you knob.

I haven't bragged you benefit bummer. I stated facts when you said we were hammered by bank quay. You obviously couldn't afford to go the final but the spectators that went will all say we gave them a good game. We was fairly beaten. Good luck against langworthy it is a tough place to go. And will be even worse as a derby. The brawling you have expressed on here in recent weeks will come in good stead and it should be a cracker of a game.

absolutely agree. needs the clubs to actually say it at NWC meetings though...
