How is everyone? It's a little quiet at the moment....

Well the league table has took a turn, not like I expected it to be. Thought sv and irlam would be top, but I didn't expect langworthy to be near bottom. What's happened to langworthy have they got players out. they defo need a win this week.

Looks like it's between SV & Irlam for the title, then i think there's going to be another little league with teams below.

It's interesting what the Winter brings i think.

certainly does look like irlam and spring view, but i have seen stranger things happen and injurys could effect any teams, watching irlam on saturday was the best they have played all season so far, its always tough playing at higginshaw in muddy conditions but irlam looked very comfortable all match from kick off.
i still think we will end up winning the league as our fully fit squad will be too strong for spring view at home and it might even go down to the end of season .

I know it's early season still and having played the top 4 as it stands i think Irlam and SV will have far too much for everyone else, as for who'll win the league it's very difficult and i know some teams will get better and some worse, but SV would edge it for me at this moment in time, and with SV having a 2nd team too, (not sure if Irlam do) this will keep competition for places going all season i think so it'll be very tough.

But as you say it's a long season and injuries do take there toll..

Im looking forward to a tough home game on Saturday v Pilks. I see Pilks first team are playin Hindley in the Cup at weekend. Should be interesting, good side Hindley, playin well below there true level.

No doubt Golborne will bottle it on Saturday with there firsy team playing Rylands...18-0 for Irlam I expect. Langworthy v Hindpool will be tight I reckon as will Haresfinch v Leyland, Leyland coming off the back of 2 poor results.

Higginshaw have Blackbrook in the cup...Blackbrook may have a little too much for higgy....but that should be a good hard game.

Sadly guys I don't play for SV, im afraid I don't think even I'd get into the SV team & trust me I'd be on here bragging a lot more, I mean we've only picked up 3 points and I've been on all weekend!!!
