we played hornets saturday with best team we had out for years,and they battered us,best team we played this year.lets hope central are easier saturday,iwant to be able to walk on mondays not like today .

I said earlier in the season that it was still wide open, and I was glad we had the gap at the time because we would get pegged back at some point. We need to turn our form around to stay up there now, a lot of good teams in contention. We've played every team apart from Bamber Bridge now and every game had been tough, and we know Bamber Bridge are a good side too having beaten Irlam this year. We're still confident against anyone in the league though, training hasn't been the greatest over the last month or so and we will improve now we're back into it.

Irlam are a very good side aswell oggy, don't think you've played them yet they will be tough, unbeaten since their first two games of the season and they will go joint top with us should they win their games in hand.

we (Leigh central) beat Widnes today about 32-14 i think hard pitch made the game pretty scrappy probably our worst display of they year but a wins a win. Good runout for next week. New Springs at home im looking forward to it already

i didn,t play yesterday as i had to work,we lost 3 to injurys from irlam game and had 2 of us working but thats amateur rugby for you.the lads said you were decent team but not as good as new springs or irlam.

Tbh we still have a few injurys. And wasnt at our best yesterday we threw the ball about a bit too much and the ref didnt half penalise us (Most were are fault) we needed that run out New springs this week to say im excited would be a understatement.
