I am currently looking at taking the next step with developing our great game at grassroots level after having a very successful 18 months going as far as I can without funding. I now have two sides playing at Under 12's (Bartholomew Bulldogs school team) and at Under 13's level (Oxford Cavaliers) but I am struggling to manage this on my own now.
It is therefore my hope to link in with the Universities and put strong sports coaching students through their Level 1 and 2 badges so we can build a community team of quality coaches to deliver sessions to young players wanting to get involved in the game. In 3 years time I will have teams at Under 12's through to Under 16's and without the support of more coaches this will not be allowed to happen. It is for this reason why I am looking for your support.
Thank you in advance for any support you can offer.
Kind regards
John Connaughton
