Yes I would , but i'd also like the club that brings them through be in a position to offer those young British players a good future at that club , unfortunatley that is not the case

My club Leigh is currently playing a fully british team and has done so for several weeks including 7/8 who have come through Leigh's junior ranks , in fact Leigh are the last club to win a major trophy with an all British team

I dont know what the deal between Whitehaven and Huddersfield is with regards McNally but I'll guess Haven wont be jumping through hoops about it

If you think McNally will reach his full potential training pt in a club with limited resources and playing in the Championship for several more years you are wrong.

Missed last week with thigh strain, came off bench yesterday. Hasn't looked interested in last few weeks

But if he has to bulk up to do so, won't he become slower and therefore less deadly in attack?

He's a class act and can make it IMO!

Bulking up doesn't neccesairily make you slow! Look at the size of sprinters etc! The only thing it may effect is agility etc! Plus look at Burrow not huge but strong, am sure McNally is working hard on that area!

To be fair he was playing behind a beaten pack. We've seen ourselves that our halfbacks cant play their usual game when our pack are on the backfoot for most of the game.

may have played well against some lower teas but when cam to the crunch against a main team he was missing in action, onlky thing he did was set himself up nicely for Doran to crunch him and then play dead for a while

Was actually thinking about McNally and Hudds this week... is he staying their this year or back to 'Haven even that article not very clear. With Hudds IMO still laking two out and out halfs (even talk of Robinson moving to 9) would of thought it'd be a good chance to throw McNally in from the off and see how he goes!
