| Well that was a weird season and I'm just glad it's over and we can hopefully move on now. On current form, lets hope we get to play our illustreous west of the city rivals three times next year!

| Firstly I owe the team an apology. I spent all week saying we'd choke so fair play they really stood up to the task and were very professional in their job. We move on.
Secondly, and I'm trying not to take anything away from Rovers, but how bad were Widnes? If I were a TWP fan I'd be seriously annoyed at their attitude to the game. They seemed to come out late for the warm-up and looked very dis-interested in that. Then on the field from the first minute they didn't look like they wanted to be there, shoulders slumped, heads down etc. I wish them all the best next year but they need a serious rocket.

I'd expect RH and HDM to have a small piece on our lucky escape whilst gushing over Radford achieving 11 straight glorious losses due to whole squad injured and no other team had any injuries ever.

| I never ever thought I would be glad that we don’t have a game next week? Job done now let’s get sorted for next year& push on to hopefully better things. I am looking forward to seeing some of the younger players grow into this team.

| Well done boys. Was ridiculously nervous about that one.
Next season, no more crazy run of injuries would be nice for once. Now it,s all about who stays, goes, and comes in.
Got to agree about Blair, he was fantastic yesterday.
Re.Craig Hall, of course other clubs are sniffing, but I think he wants to stay, I think most supporters want him to stay.
Craig,just stay.

| I know the situation was preferential, but I thought that was Will Oakes best game in KR colours. His metres coming out of the back line was excellent, and most of his defensive reads were spot on as well ( granted Widnes were not good, but they attacked that edge a lot more)
Should do him the world of good that game after a couple of horror shows earlier in the year

It was Chester who released Hall after Sandercock had been given the elbow.

| Hall and Eden back then were match winners and serial brain fast merchants, often in the same game. Both have learnt the hard way and look all round better players now.I liked Hall at 6 but he's shone for us this time on the wing .He and Crooks both deserve a place if we can match the wages offered elsewhere

Who knows? Could never be proved either way but the situation of us knowing the other 3 results and then Widnes losing half their wonga if we also went down was just bonkers and could only happen with the RFL. Widnes were poor but no more or less than other time iv seen them. The difference was our defence was brutal and we never let them in the game.Overall a decent season when everything is taken into account

Ha ha, I'd like to think not. They are professional sportsmen at the end of the day and professionals do not think like that. Besides bordering on collusion for manufacturing a result.
I just had a serene feeling about the game from almost pre-match warm-up time that they didn't look to be taking the game seriously for whatever reason. I think their day was summed up by the big lad getting up to play the ball only for his knee to buckle and cause a knock-on. They also made some bizarre play decisions from the word go.
But as I said, don't want to take too much away from Rovers who did a really good job on the day. You can only beat what's in front of you..

I think it was the right decision at the time, he's found his spot on the wing now and is worth a 2nd crack.
