The expansion to 35,000 won't be happening for at least a couple of seasons whilst City try to establish themselves in the premiership. They should be more concerned with spending the money on 2 proven goalscorers and 2 midfield players to compliment Jimmy Bullard.'"
Do you not watch the news?
If Duffen and Hull City Council are sucessful with their World cup bid, the expansion will be to 40,000, and it will be funded by government and the FA.

| Gutted. IMO Newcastle are the better team, but credit to City for surviving.

| so how many newcastle players or boro play will want to come to hull i still think its going to be hard to sign top players dont need another season like this one brown has got to look for 2 things pace and power when signing players also midfielders who can score goals i think its going to be a mass clear out at city just hope brown gets rid of the right players

| Brown said he's gonna sign another 4/5 players in the summer who no doubt will go straight into the starting eleven. I'd imagine £15m on a couple of strikers for starters along with a left-sided midfielder (Damien Duff anyone?) a central midfielder and maybe a centre-half.

Looking at his previous signings I would expect someone from MK Dons to play along side Frazer f'ing Campbell, a loanee from Bolton Reserves and some defender Wigan dont want.

What about the difference between Shearer and Newcastle.
Shearer will be on Match of the Day next year.
That one's done the rounds too often already today though.

At least 25 years, probably never.
One last time.........Duffen has not got the authority or the desire to remove Hull FC unless they stop paying their rent!!

| i think city should forget about going for fraizer campbell he didnt get many games for spurs if they can get him stright away then fine but dont hang on and think we are going to get him like we did last season as for duff isnt he allways injuried mind you that will make him an ideal signing then i think brown and his scouts should go to the u21 finals might find a couple of good kids out there

City must buy two new strikers and be prepared to spend some solid cash. They also need a wide player and more creativity in centre midfield (although they will have Bullard).

| Seen as i've actually had the contract in my hand, I shall say ziss only once, FC will be going nowhere, there are only two scenarios that could change this, 1. they chose to move, 2. the ground is substancially altered/increased. this doesn't mean a few extra seats, it means stands, under the terms of the SMC contract, they would be invited to renegotiate their current deal, this doesn't mean the boot, it means renegotiate.
