The most delicious sea bass I ever tasted was caught off the coast of Robin Hood's Bay and sold to me by the man who caught it from his wet fish shop in the Bay the same morning. He recommended we stuff it with ginger, garlic, spring onion lemon and soy and bake for 20 minutes. Sublime - still trying to recreate that taste 15 years later but the have never found a bass to match it for quality and freshness.

I put a 3 course on Wormy, I think as captain you should insist every-one puts on a 3 course meal, then we can narrow this down by PM (them Aussies spy ) then as captain you should make the final call....
