Well, Richard on the lines was "very excited". Some of these Rovers fans are like nodding dogs when it comes to their club. Only days ago, initial concerns about Kevin Moore had been conveniently cast aside to the extent of warming more and more to the appointment when he was favourite to be announced. Now Sandercock's been announced, he's suddenly the ideal candidate. Very convenient.
He's arriving next week. Quick off the mark, I'll give him that. There's probably a rude joke in there somewhere. |

I was consistent in my opinions on Mr Moore, I can't be bothered mining my thoughts at the time. I do thank your good self and Wormy for demonstrating a high level of interest (not an obsession, mind ) in our coaching appointment.

Went from "Peter Gentle certainly has a very good cv, let's hope Rovers are in a position to announce him at our last league game this season if not before", to "Gentle was turned down by us, Wakey and Cas. At least he managed to gain employment at FC. Fourth time lucky so to speak. "
I like Craig Sandercock already, but interesting that Mike Smith was saying it has to be Top 4 on the same day Craig was saying he didn't want to be drawn into making bold statements. Like a bit of alignment, me. Towels all straight and perfectly stacked cans of beans in the cupboard. |
