Butlins Watch.

I had the appartment next to Nick Barmby who was there with his sons team.

Watched the Hull FC game with Roger Millward who was there to watch his grandson play footie. Starstruck much! Met his wife, daughter and son in law. Lovely family.

Briefly fell into the "lets be first to every ball" trap on the touchline of the football games but soon snapped out of it.

Lads team reached the semi final and lost 1-0 to the eventual winners so did well.

Whoever said Butlins is better than Eurodisney has serious taste issues!

I went to Skegness once (not the Butlins though), for the day. Kicked ass on the crazy golf. Not really a fan of golf, but crazy golf should be in the Olympics. In lottery winning dream world, I think I'd prioritize a crazy golf course over a pool table. Maybe.

Played Crazy Golf a couple of weeks ago, destroyed Ms. Terrorist, no room for sentiment in that game.

Best ever Crazy Golf course was the one at Hornsea Pottery where if you rang the bell in the windmill on the last hole you got a free round.

And they had a talking Minor Bird. Crushed a wasp that landed on my ice cream when I was about three, learned that they sting that day.

All that proves is that you are crazy, or crazier than Ms. Terrorist.

I adopt a similar mentality when I play Gator Golf with my son. I wipe the floor with him every time - he doesn't even get close. Then I do that 'L' thing with my fingers near my forehead to prove that, not only am I awesome at Gator Golf, but I'm really cool as well.
