Titans caved in when Kelly was injured. They ended up buying Daniel Mortimer mid season to try & steady the ship. He must have been doing something right to be missed like that.

I could kick 40/20 after 40/20 if there wasn't anyone close to me and I had all the time in the world.
Let's get one thing straight, the NRL reserve comp isn't as good as SL, as much as the Aussie apologists knocking about on here seem to think it is. Fact is I reckon the likes of Wigan, Leeds, Wire, Saints etc. could more than hold their own in the NRL comp.
So basically how a player performs in the NSW cup is no real barometer for how he might or might not do in first grade, whether in the NRL or SL. |

I'm a Titans fan. If you'd watched them over the last couple of years since Prince left you'd see why some fans don't want him to go. He's capable of the odd bit of brilliance, something GC fans are starved of!
It's like FC fans with Rankin, on the whole he's massively inconsistent, but because he's got the odd bit of magic in him he's forgiven it. |

Excellent. I'm glad we agree that we don't really know how good his kicking game will be in SL. I guess we'll find out the traditional way, by watching him in SL. |
