However I do not have a clue about the ins & outs of the Clinton situation and why it is delayed, I do not know if shipping Cookie out is tied in with that or not, but I am right about the club wanting to ship him out

How will you ever know for certain if phil lowe tried to encourage cook to go to wales? Wheteher or not clinton arrives doesn't prove whether that statement is right or wrong.
I told you all weeks ago that I'd been told by someone who should know that rovers had to make room on the cap to sign clinton. If he comes without doing that it must be a back loaded deal I would have thought.
Anyway, you should have signed shane tronc for 1/2 the money and he's a better player
