Not sure of anything yet. Still hopeful though.
Mila Kunis is an Ukrainian-born American actress. Strong rumours that she has no interest in RL whatsoever. Watford fan, apparently.

I'd take either happily tbh. Hopefully it can be resolved in the not too distant and we can focus more on the team and the game. Not that there's anything stopping us from doing that anyway, but you know what I mean.

It's actually pretty rotten for players, innit? I remember somebody (stevo possibly) joking last year that Jarrod Sammut must think that SL clubs only lasted one season. I think we'll be okay, touch wood etc, but how many SL clubs haven't at least sailed close to the wind at some point? They'd be in the minority, I guess.

Aaargghhh! Please tell us it isn't Tony Larvin
I read your comments on the HDM site and I think you need to bin your source Wayne Parker, who seems to lead many down the garden path.
I was chatting to Adrian Watts (HireBase) the other week and he said they were more than happy with sponsoring Rovers (not investing/buying) and he hopes to extend the present arrangement.
I was also chatting to another sponsor (he wouldn't be pleased if I named him or his company) after the Saints cup tie, and whilst he was offering the usual 'wait and see' rhetoric that seems to be the given in these circumstances, he did say of the five investors reportedly interested diussions have been mainly with one party; a consortium with very strong local connections. Apparently, they were given the VIP treatment a week last Wednesday - it would seem they weren't put off by Mike Smith's power point
In addition, he did (suggest) negotiations were at an advanced stage and that an announcement could well be imminent, and that they were all aware of the effect of May Day on certain OOC players (he mentioned Mickey Paea). Oh, he also said both Neil and Rob would be sponsors next season and shrugged his shoulders when I asked if they would remain on the Board.
Like everyone else, I will believe it when I read the official announcement, but until then let the rumour mill continue.

Unfortunately Mr T this is about as accurate at the information you got when "talking" to O'Hara , Gleeson and the "Larvin consortium"..what IS been explored is the possibility of doing a Bradford Bulls...i.e remaining in SL yet setting up a new company, the difficulties this entails together with the new policies of the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise with regards sporting clubs going "pop" to write off debts to them mean it may not be viable but there are certainly no knights with £15million coming in...
Of course if Hirebase can persuade their publicly listed owners the Grafton Group to shell out a few million all well and good however cannot see the shareholders going for it...
A crying shame the club has been so mismanaged , perhaps if we had never thrown away that 10 point lead with 10 to go in the 2009 quarter final we would have kicked on anyway...what might have been..

Given the way our debt is held/structured, that doesn't seem at all plausible. Our issue is ongoing losses, rather than accumulated debt, so 'doing a Bradford' would be pointless.

Don't know who told you that MR but the current pressure is not from Mr H or Mr C to recoup their dough or for servicing of long term debt but a pretty big sum to the revenue is casting a cloud...unfortunately the way Mr H engineered the clubs articles means that shareholders are no longer given full information as they once were otherwise perhaps things would have come to light much earlier...

That is at odds with the stated position, for which I can provide links, and also what I've heard (fwiw, as I can't back it up). But we're getting into speculation on commercially delicate matters, where we can't really go any further without sources on record.
Hull City thread has ended up a long way from home. I'll bump the investment from page 2.
