You can keeping quoting that figure but no-one believes you any more than all your other bollox over the years like Yeaman and Raynor to Rovers, Fox is better than Briscoe, Mason is the saviour, Sandercock is the future, Hull being kicked out of the KC, Paea is returning to the NRL etc etc.

That's sport. If Cox continues to perform he'll be in the shop window, ala Taylor. We're not in position to realistically offer players the chance of silverware so we can't really compete with the top sides, without offering a lot more financially. He's had a stop/start career so far, and taken his opportunity back end of this year. Still early days whether he'll really kick on though. But all things considered, Rovers really should look to tie him up for 2015>.

Bottom line is if a big team come calling then its very difficult for the player to turn down, stay in Hull and realistically win nothing or move on to either RU, NRL or a big name club like Leeds, Wigan or Saints. you'll suffer similar with the young lads you've brought through.
