While JM has to take the blame for poor signings, it is also his duty to correct his errors. They've been few enough until lately, IMO, so I think he should be given the opportunity to do that. I think some changes to the balance of the squad would be a priority ahead of a change at the top, but I can see why people might hold the opposite view.

The thing is I don't think we'd get anybody dramatically better. Kear and Noble - quite like 'em both, and sometimes a change is good just to freshen things up. For now I'd stick with Morgan - if HKR don't win at least two in the Quins-WTW-Crusaders-SCR run of fixtures I'm liable to change my mind though.

All but one of our players are 'his' if we have deadwood then JM has signed them.
No other coach in SL has been at a club as long as JM so other coaches could use that excuse JM can't.

Yeah - Noble or Kear would at least be able to offer us more convincing excuses, if nothing else!

I think Justin has done enough for his position not yet to be under threat, and should be given the chance to turn things around, although I feel both of those coaches would get the team performing more consistently towards the top of their game.
