Quote: hull smallears "I said the same, I thought he did well. I thought we should have stopped targetting him, and switched to Cockayne who is suspect under the high ball.

Overall, we were much the better side and scoreline was about the right margin IMO, maybe if anything is should have been more. That said, I see so many flaws in our own game, it's not worth crowing too much about.

Also great was that I saw no bother at all, hope everyone had a safe day out.'"

I was supprised that Fox was not a target with the high ball given his recent form, It would have made him or finished him, as a fan I would have hoped the former.

Probably because you had 5"8 Latus up against 6"2 Whiting on the other side of the field.

Hull where deserved winners and being honest the score was about right as the Long try for me was a disgrace. Get Colbon, Newton, Briscoe and Mason back on the pitch with Dobson some much needed match fitness and timing and We'll look a different team. Proud of the effort from the boys.

Quote: Nobeerineasthull "Thought young Sam Latus did well today. Hull were clearly targeting him, kicking to him and putting him up against Whiting who is a great catcher of the ball, but he caught and returned well.

great game for the neutral - thought Whiting was immense and MOM

disappointed with Fisher though,he seemed to give away cheap possesion plus silly penalties which didn't help the HKR cause IMO ?

Well done FC

Rovers yesterday issued a statement in which the club indicated they would not look to re-register Mason by seeking special dispensation when his Tongan passport does eventually arrive.

"In view of recent rumours circulating about Willie and a move to French rugby union, the club will not be pursuing dialogue with the RFL for a discretionary dispensation provided by the rules given these circumstances," said the Robins' official club statement

So if his move to union falls through we will be paying him 150k a year for two years without playing him icon_eek.gif

Fall through, Surely their has to be a move to union in order for it to fall through? And paying Mason for two years without him playing when with any luck Mason will have a passport in May. Do people read the chairmans statement and just ignore completely everything he has said?

I don't see it as a job. It is a passion and love that we all share. Neil Hudgell:30566.jpg

Well cant have any real complaints regarding the derby result, FC played their best rugby of the season so far and I doubt they will top that performance all season long.

As for us, well what can you say, hugely dissapointed with the performance! Players and coach need to take a long hard look at themselves for serving up a performance like that.
