| Congratulations on a hard fought win - we absolutely battered your line for a good 10-15 minute spell in the second half, but just couldn't make it pay - thanks in no small part to some outstanding defence.
Great travelling support too - I reckon about 1.5 -1.8k; nice to see BV rocking to a big crowd.

I don't understand what you mean. I said it was a certainty that after a defeat, Agar doesn't take responsibility. Oh,unless you just wanted to re-affirm your view of Rovers dominance over FC this season. In which case, you're quite correct. Smashing.

| Goal line defence won that match for us. We looked ok in the 1st half when we got a share of possession, but the second half we lived off scraps. Wakey must have had a dozen sets on our line (it felt like that many). Josh Hodgson came of age a bit today and Clinton played like the highest paid forward in Brisbane's history.
Better late than never eh?

| Clinton MOM today, we looked miles better when him and Mika came back on.
Magnificent goal line defence today and some wild calls from Hicks and the boys.
Everyone stood up to be counted and they all earned their winning money.
Costly win but a good win all the same.

| Fair play to all the magnanimous wakefield fans. Hope you go well the rest of the year (return fixture aside).

| not read all the thread but personally thought your hooker (was it lovegrove?) was outstanding and took full control of the game, admittedly on the back of a strong pack performance, and he would have been my MOTM for you guys.
great support as well, i would reckon about 2k

| Rovers and Wakefield fans appear to be joined in a hatred of Wakey's new found enemy, I like it!
Credit to Agar and Jimmy Webster, they've assembled a decent team there, whether or not they can play like it remains to be seen.
Lauititi seems to have become somewhat of a cheap-shot merchant though, which is a shame as he was a great player.

Seriously, a very good win against the odds. So did you actually go, or are you one of those weirdos who collects information from RH and Twitter and pretends they did? Hope the pub and gypsy pudding were enjoyable too.'" Haha, I reckon we took about 4.5k fans to Wakey, according to what I saw on the radio. How many do you reckon we took?

I'm actually Chris Park, just fatter. I counted, there were 2197 physically there, but some extra "virtual" fans. Quantity unconfirmed, but at least 1. Not sure whether to include former Rovers pivot, Ben Cockayne. He'll be counted as a Rovers fan, right? I'm drifting off course a bit here. Sorry.

| Chris Chester was going ballastic over Lauititi's blatant off-the-ball challenge on Dobbo after 25 mins. It turned the game to an extent, and then to rub salt into the wound the ref [d]ick sin binned Taylor for what was an innoculous incident - I wonder what Mr Cummings has to say about these two incidents!!!!
Nevertheless, amongst all of this adversity Rovers stood tall and put in an outstanding defensive display. We are going to need this mentality next week against Saints, but lets enjoy this rare victory at Belle Vue. Two points in the bank and the monkey off Sandy's back lol!

The list of lossless teams is similarly lacking one of the Hull clubs. Can you guess which?

The Wakey Chairman said Rovers contingent was 'a big turnout' - make of that what you want lol!
I reckon it was about 2,000 plus 2 (Fox and Mariano who both kindly dropped Edit-AS to our advantage).

Congrats on the win - first class defending, coupled with your pack tearing it up the middle saw you worthy winners.
But have to admit that I agreed with the Sinbinning, clearly a pro foul - but in the end didn't really cost you.
