Last I heard was last week. Still no signed order in place for the build and the 52 week will only start once the build has commnced. Problem is now there are different lead times on steel, concrete and the booking of the actual piling rig. What I was told was that even if they got the nod today, it would still take around 3 months for it all to come together.

I do know the site manager.

I am not contesting what you are saying but offering a different perspective. As far as I am aware H&P are not in control of procurement, they are the building contractor. Procurement is being controlled, organised and scheduled by KUHCC.

In other words, what might not appear to be happening (via H&P) doesn't necessarily mean the wheels aren't in motion (via KUHCC).

I only use 'cack' when describing Joel Clinton and/or McDonnell. Although McDonnell isn't quite as cack as he was at first.

Hobson and Porter are the Principle Contractor. The subcontractors are working for H&P under their instruction. H&P manage the programme, orders etc

Who pays Hodgson and Porter? Rovers, the council or a consortium?
