Who is his Hull FC counterpart? EXPRO and Jake the Peg could represent your board's bipolar ying and yang. Mind, pmh makes a more convincing goose than EXPRO does an ex pro.

It's an interesting and accurate observation there, that there would have to be 2 for FC as there's no middle ground. Much as I like pmh (and it's quite a lot as he brings plenty to the party) I don't think he'd be representative of the Rovers fan in the street. Nothing to do with his beak/wings combo. He lacks the FC-bashing focus that's a primary requirement, that's all.

| Greene : From what iv'e seen and read reasonably happy. Represented Oz as a schoolboy and if he turns out anywhere near as good as Dobbo he'll do. Nice to have an alternative playmaker aswell.
Hall : As previously stated completely neutral on him. One of the best attacking games in super league, one of the worst defences. Certainly a project and at present a back up if injuries kick in again next season, unless JM can get his defence and confidence sorted.
Radford : No better than Wheeldon. Would prefer to re-sign SW who has youth on his side and presently showing good form. In the anti camp but like any player Rovers sign will support him ( albeit lukewarmly ). Understandable he wants to play for Rovers, less understable Rovers want him...IMO.
Mason : Will be the biggest and most high profile star ever to play in the City IF he signs. Will be awesome. |
