So.... what if a team chooses to kick on tackle 2 or 3 from just inside the 40? That's not a poor exit set. Good defence includes defending the man with the ball, dummy runners, kicks and many other things. If the full back/winger have gone to sleep why shouldn't they be punished for losing concentration?
