Not really, paying gentle off although an outlay now will be cheaper than actioning his signings he would want going forward. Tony will be cheaper than the fat one and radford needs someone to do that cos he's too thick to do it on his own. Still if its looking dodgy he can always instill fear til it gets done. All gone very 1970s management style.
